the fulton
The Fulton is a neighborhood Irish bar/restaurant where anyone and everyone is welcome. Unpretentious and rooted in the warmth and authenticity of Irish hospitality, it’s a place where stories are shared, laughs come easy, and everyone belongs. Whether you're raising a glass with friends or finding a quiet corner to unwind, you're always welcome to be yourself here. More than a bar, the tavern acts as a cultural anchor—a place where the legacy of Connaughtown’s Irish heritage lives on, updated for a new generation that still honors its past. Slainte!

menu
The tavern’s menu reimagines Irish comfort food created for today’s palate: think fish and homemade chips, Irish stew, corned beef and seared cabbage, oversized butcher blend burgers, sandwiches on artisanal breads, large composed salads and desserts from the pastry kitchen. Daily specials often pull from family recipes shared by locals, preserving the culinary roots of Connaughtown’s founders.
design
Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming, warm and buzzing. The walls are adorned with framed black-and-white photos of Connaughtown's early Irish families, Gaelic signage, and artifacts that tell the story of the town’s origins. A long, inviting bar showcases a curated lineup of Irish whiskeys, small-batch spirits, and craft beers—both imported and locally brewed—while bartenders pour classic pints, creative cocktails and wine from top producers.
roots
Set on a corner in the heart of Connaughtown, a proud community founded by Irish settlers, this contemporary Irish tavern is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a modern-day hearth where history, culture, and community spirit come together. The building itself blends old-world charm with contemporary design: sturdy stonework, modern lighting, a long white marble bar add a clean, modern aesthetic.
philosophy
The “Celtic Knot” is an Irish symbol of interconnectedness, eternity, and the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth. They are often seen as representing the continuous and unbroken flow of existence, without a clear beginning or end. The endless loops of these knots are believed to signify the interconnectedness of all things and the eternal journey of the soul.
